About myself: I am a professional dancer, model and sport personality. I am a creator of my own brand named ’ NK Natalia Kotowska’ that focuses on physical and mental health. As a brand I promote healthy lifestyle, healthy look, positive and strong body image as well as wellbeing and mental awareness. I am a fitness expert on a TV Show called ‘The Chrissy B Show’ which is the UK’s only TV show dedicated to mental health and wellbeing topics. I present there fitness tips and workouts that help people to look after their physical and mental health. I have graduated from Sport University achieving bachelor degree alongside having my level 3 personal training qualifications. Apart from that I studied Dance Urban Practice at East London University were I also achieved my BA Hons degree. As a dancer I work with Royal Academy of Dance and Studio 68. I am represented by several dance and model agencies. I also lead international dance workshops. As a fitness professional I work with major gyms in London.
